Abigail Meyer

Intern

Abigail Meyer is an intern designer pursuing licensure. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, where she received the Michael and Julie Hanahan Architecture Prize for design excellence and a Concentration in Historic Preservation.  She also studied architecture at the University of Notre Dame Architecture School in Rome. 

Abigail previously worked as a designer for Daprato Rigali Studios, a specialty restoration and historic preservation contractor in Chicago, where she was involved in designing interior restoration and renovation schemes for churches, including liturgical furnishings, decorative painting, stencils, mosaics, murals, and stained glass. She previously worked as an intern designer at McNicholas Architects in Chicago and HJM Architects in Kansas City, Missouri, where she was involved in creating construction documents and schematic designs for high-end residential and institutional projects. 

At Harboe Architects, Abigail is responsible for supporting a range of meaningful projects involving research, writing, design, and construction documents. She is also a member of the Skyline Council of Landmarks Illinois, the Western Great Lakes Chapter of the Association for Preservation Technology, and AIA Chicago.
